Hillary is the Head : Legal and Compliance Officer of AlphSZ Limited. He is responsible for compliance, promoting transparency, mitigating liabilities and fostering a culture of integrity within the Company. He is a compliance and governance professional responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles, ethics, laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
As an admitted attorney of the High Court of Eswatini, he has a sound understanding of the Eswatini legal system with a strong bias in corporate law. Hillary is skilled in risk and compliance, the drafting of legal agreements and advises the Company on the legal framework of the country to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. He is therefore tasked with dealing with all pertinent legal and compliance issues related to the company operations.
