Local

We also offer a variety of fixed income solutions for local assets. These include bonds, money market instruments and other income-earning instruments.

The main aim of our local fixed income assets is to offer both income and capital growth through a various money market and bond instruments with different maturity dates. Our fixed instruments aim to protect capital in real  terms, while providing a reasonable stable level of income. Over the years, our fixed income instruments have displayed low volatility thereby reducing probability of capital loss. We invest in permitted public and private fixed-interest securities with the aim of outperforming Inflation CPI.

Offshore

We have an exclusive Eswatini agreement with Sanlam Investments for client offshore needs. The proposed portfolio has a focus on long term wealth creation and has been constructed with specialist building blocks, based on a Santam house view for a holistic strategy that makes use of various techniques and a diversified set of asset classes to ensure diversification and outperformance over the long term, while taking the standard deviation measurements into account Portfolio construction is done based on a starting point of strategic asset allocation that will meet the target of CPI 4 or % net of fees in the long term.

Bespoke

Alphsz is a solution driven organization. We work with a variety of investment products to provide investment solution that meets bespoke client needs.

Segregated

Alphsz offers tailor-made portfolios to institutional clients. our service is suitable for medium to large retirement funds, insurance companies and other institutional clients looking for a specific investment approach in line with their investment policy statement (IPS).

Alphsz is able to advise clients on the development of greenfield projects that could require construction. Alphsz works with Ebenez Property Development in the construction of properties.

Alphsz has the corporate finance capability to advise clients looking to invest in existing properties and has the requisite financial structuring expertise.

Segregated

All non-traditional projects are treated as segregated mandates

Facilities Management

Alphsz does not provide facilities management services but will oversee same whether provided by Ebenez or other third-party facilities managers as it is important that Alphsz keeps overall responsibility for the client investment.

Throughout her career, Dumisile served in key roles, including Accountant General and Deputy Accountant General, where she provided strategic leadership and managed government financial operations. As Chief Financial Officer at the National Maize Corporation, she ensured compliance with international accounting standards while overseeing financial reporting and cash flow management.
