Sharon de Sousa is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the Swaziland Sugar Industry. Born on September 17, 1970, in Manzini, Swaziland, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Swaziland and a National Vocational Qualification in Accounting from the Association of Accounting Technicians. Sharon currently serves as the x at the Swaziland Sugar Association, where she oversees marketing strategies and logistics to maximize sales revenue.

Her career at the Swaziland Sugar Association began as a Trainee Accountant in 1992, progressing through roles such as Financial Accountant, Financial Manager, and Financial Director before assuming Commercial Director. Sharon is also a Non-Executive Director on the boards of First National Bank of Eswatini Limited, AlphSZ Limited, contributing to their Audit and Risk Committees.

Sharon is known for her dedication, ability to perform under pressure, and keen attention to detail. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys reading and aiding the underprivileged.
