Sharon currently serves as the x at the Swaziland Sugar Association, where she oversees marketing strategies and logistics to maximize sales revenue.
Her career at the Swaziland Sugar Association began as a Trainee Accountant in 1992, progressing through roles such as Financial Accountant, Financial Manager, and Financial Director before assuming Commercial Director. Sharon is also a Non-Executive Director on the boards of First National Bank of Eswatini Limited, AlphSZ Limited, contributing to their Audit and Risk Committees.
